Not for the faint-hearted, this physically and psychologically challenging Wild Wookey experience is only suitable for active, capable, adventurous explorers who are at ease with rigorous exercise, enclosed spaces, heights, climbing, abseiling, crawling and who have good leg and upper body strength.
- All adventures must be physically fit
The Wild Wookey Caving Experience is not suitable for anyone with the following medical conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Whiplash
- Epilepsy
- Asthma
- Heart conditions, e.g. Angina
- Knee, shoulder, or ankle problems/previous sporting injuries (dislocations/fractures)
- Attacks of fainting, dizziness or blackouts
- Recent surgery
- Allergic reactions
- Body piercings need to be removed

Terms and conditions
You will need to purchase the monetary amount in Gift Vouchers from Wookey Hole prior to booking your Wild Wookey experience through our website. If purchasing your Wild Wookey experience via our website, simply enter your Gift Voucher code(s) (sent in an email confirmation once purchased) on checkout in the voucher box provided.
Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed in full either online or in person. No change will be issued if the full voucher value is not used.
Vouchers can be used at the Ticket Office, however pre-booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Wookey Hole Ltd can accept bookings made on the day in person, if there are enough remaining spaces and providing the participants have arrived in plenty of time.
Wild Wookey operates six days a week and hosts two sessions; the morning session starts at 09.45am and the afternoon session begins at 01:45pm.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
